Woolworths Centre Maffra is an urban renewal project which incorporates the revitalization of a derelict Victorian Hotel into a vibrant retail centre.

Innovative engineering and construction techniques came together to retain the façade and other key features of the heritage building. New Streetscape concepts and the retention of the existing adjacent shops and their respective heritage themes give this gorgeous old town a new retail centre and retain the presence of this high profile promenade.
