ICSC CDP & CDX Certified; Architecture HQ is the only Australian company to receive these internationally recognised certifications. CDP and CRX are internationally acknowledged certifications that are offered by the International Council of Shopping Centres (New York-based) after an intense examination.

Services include master planning, retail architecture and a range of associated retail design services.

Architecture HQ are committed to developing environmentally sustainable design within the global shopping centre environment.

We have a culture of inclusive collaboration between Architect, Client, Managers and Builders.

AHQ are located in Australia with its head office in Melbourne, Victoria, and we have partner offices in both Europe – London UK, North America Atlanta Goergia & Auckland New Zealand.

2010 – ICSC Silver Award Winner

Point Cook Town Centre – Quadrant 4, wins ICSC Asia Silver Award for Innovative Design and Development of a new Centre. The ICSC Asia Shopping Centre Awards recognises excellence within the regions shopping centre industry and honours outstanding achievement in marketing and design/development of retail properties.

2010 – Urban Taskforce of Australia Award.

Point Cook Town Centre wins the Urban Taskforce’s Development Excellence Award for Retail Development in 2010 by the Urban Taskforce of Australia.

2009 – ICSC Silver Award Winner

Essendon Fields Shopping Centre wins ICSC Asia Silver Award for Innovative Design and Development of a new Centre.

2008 – ICSC Gold Award Winner

Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre wins design and development award from the International Council of Shopping Centres.

2008 – Winner of the Joe Curlewis API Award for Excellence

Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre wins the award for excellence. This award recognises innovation, financial performance and professionalism in the Australian Property Trust industry.
