This award-winning project is a progressive retail response to a centre whose potential could not have been foreseen by its original planners. This redevelopment consists of an additional 6000m2 of retail space, with major extensions and additions to set the scene for future centre development in the coming years.

The project consists of a new fashion precinct, new entry statements, and renovations to all existing areas including some key features in the external areas. ‘Street’ Architecture, Strategic Planning, Interior Design and Graphics are all incorporated into an overall retail strategy.

Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre won the ICSC Asia international Gold Award, and the Joe Curlewis API award.
