The residential component of the Torquay Mixed use development reflects the mix of the open air retail centre and the Whitewater apartments. A high end residential development with breathtaking ocean views of Victoria’s infamous surf coast.  Again, the design of this development is driven primarily by the “surf culture” of this layback “Surfer” town.
