A first three quadrant to this master planned Centre saw AHQ take on an advisory role in the design and procurement of the VicUrban approval process for Melbourne’s first master-planned town centre.

The public realm, the creation of a town centre, and the elements that make the town centre an active vibrant location, along with serious studies regarding the retail experience in  both indoor and outdoor situations were hot topics of discussion in the delivery of the themed outcome at Point Cook.
