Northland Shopping Centre, owned and managed by Vicinity Centres (Formerly Colonial First State Global Asset Management (CFSGAM)) undertook an extension to this thriving and vibrant existing shopping centre in Melbourne’s Inner North.

This new mall houses a new ALDI Store as an anchor, and also houses a series of high end fresh food tenancies.  The architecture is themed to portray an upmarket, contemporary addition, while being sympathetic to the internal use adjacencies and circulation.

Incorporated into this project is a new public bus interchange.
